NSS Greatest Hits: celebrating 10 years of string music

Time flies when you're having fun! It seems like just yesterday we were meeting in a school classroom to prepare our first concert. And just like that, we're wrapping up our 10th season! What a decade it has been — performances throughout the Washington-Baltimore metro area, world premieres, recordings of music that hadn't been heard in centuries — it's been a wonderful journey. But who would have anticipated a pandemic that not only stopped all activities for a while but also may have changed the nature of performing music permanently? To celebrate our journey of ups and downs, the NSS is excited to present some of the most popular selections from our 10 seasons of making music.
